American with 'smallest penis in the world' undergoes procedure after donations

Michael's penis measures less than a centimeter, the size of a paracetamol tablet. During the procedure, doctors applied semi-permanent filler to the entire length of the organ. The expectation is that the treatment can help him stop using diapers and achieve a greater feeling of “normality and comfort”.

According to “TMZ”, the procedure lasted approximately three hours. Before applying the filler, doctors used an anesthetic cream and then administered an injection of anesthesia. Despite the pain caused by the injections, Michael considered the procedure a success.

After the intervention, the organ became swollen, a condition that should remain for about a week. The definitive result, however, can only be seen when the swelling disappears.

Doctors also reported that Michael will be able to return to the hospital within six months for a new session. The procedure can serve both to further increase the size of the organ and to maintain the result obtained, if the product applied is quickly absorbed by the body.

The condition caused Michael to gain worldwide attention on the internet after speaking publicly about the impacts it had on his life. Among the difficulties reported by the American are relationships and the possibility of having a sex life. He claimed to be a virgin and also revealed that he finds it difficult to speak openly about the subject because of embarrassment.

Fundraising online allowed Michael to carry out the procedure which, according to him, could represent a significant change in his routine. Even though he was still waiting for the final result, the American considered the first stage of the treatment positive.
