'Agrado transformed me', says Isadora Cruz when saying goodbye to 'Coração Acelerado'

With the end of the soap opera, scheduled for this Friday (14), Isadora takes stock of her experience in a chat with the reporter. "Agrado introduced me to an entire universe of country music, brought me closer to the culture of the Central-West and helped me to understand even more the power of Brazilian narratives", says the actress. "She taught me a lot about dreams, about the courage to believe in them and, most importantly, about the work necessary to make them possible."

Singing was another challenge. Despite liking music, Isadora had to prepare to live as a stage artist in front of the cameras. "I think being an artist means being in constant movement, always looking for new resources within ourselves to give voice, body and truth to such different characters", he says. "It was work that expanded my capabilities as an actress and transformed me in many ways."

As the protagonist of the soap opera, she also faced an intense routine of recording, studying and preparation. "Being the protagonist of an open work is a very big challenge, especially in terms of logistics, rhythm, study, dedication and time", he comments. "You have to be entirely available to a story that is being constructed while it is being presented to the public."

The reception to the character, according to Isadora, was one of the highlights of the soap opera. She says that she noticed an affectionate relationship between the public and Agrado, in addition to fans of her romances with Raul (Filipe Bragança) and even with her friend Duda (Gabz). "Receiving this feedback is always exciting, because it means that the work managed to cross the screen and create a true connection with people", he assesses.

Regarding speculation regarding the supposed dissatisfaction of the crew and cast with her delays in recording, the actress preferred not to feed the so-called "he said-me-he said". "My commitment has always been to deliver my best to the public, to the directors, to the team and to the company", he states. "A work of this magnitude only exists through the effort and dedication of many people."

With the end of recording, Isadora intends to rest and reconnect with her family. The actress says she wants to recover the time dedicated to work and turn her attention to her personal life before defining her next projects. "After such a long and demanding job, I think it's important to have this moment of reflection, pause and reconnection with myself", she says.

Discreet in relation to her personal life, Isadora should also have more time to enjoy her relationship with Lucas Pinheiro, Brazilian-Norwegian alpine skier and men's giant slalom Olympic champion at the 2026 Winter Olympics. "Lucas is an exceptional, incredible boyfriend, and we are experiencing a very beautiful phase in our relationship", says the actress.

The two share values and plans for the future, but prefer to live their relationship without anticipating decisions. Lucas's move to Rio de Janeiro brought the couple's routine closer together, which has already made fans question whether marriage is on the horizon. "We talk about our plans and look together at future goals, but we also try to live fully in the present", she says.

During the period in which they maintained a long-distance relationship, trust, dialogue and respect were fundamental, according to the actress. For her, a healthy relationship also presupposes space for each person to follow their own path. "I think it's important that a relationship allows both people to continue growing individually, at the same time that they build something together", he teaches.
