However, according to the municipal administration, the demands were not met and the partial ban was not complied with. Therefore, the establishment was completely closed. The bakery was also fined. According to the city hall, the establishment will still be able to present a defense and appeal before the penalties are defined. To reopen, the establishment must make the adjustments required by Health Surveillance.
