Lasting 10 months, the vacancies are aimed at candidates with a degree completed between December 2024 and December 2026, who have a maximum of two years of professional experience after graduation and an intermediate or advanced level of English. The vacancies are in person and are divided between the Business and Supply Chain areas. Participants must be available to work in person and to change cities or states, if necessary. Ambev did not detail the municipalities in which the vacancies are distributed. According to the company, the program includes a week of immersion in another South American country, participation in a meeting with trainees from different countries and the possibility of international rotations for some of those selected. Trainees will also have contact with the company's senior leadership, participate in strategic projects, mentoring and content focused on professional development and artificial intelligence. Internship The company is also accepting applications for the 2027 Internship Program, aimed at students expected to complete their degree between December 2027 and December 2028.
